Be The Change:

Crisis involves changes and alterations. So, a lead
needs to be the change at the workplace.People
 normally resist anything new. Hence, breaking through
their complacency, fears and self-righteousness would
 involve a lot of serious thinking and  careful strategies.
They should not sweep it under the carpet and this needs
a lot of  courage and would help in instilling confidence
in the  team to accept the invetable changes that are to
happen.
A good leader is one who helps build a long-term
culture of effective management by staying focused
 on the fundamentals.
They need to be  strong and  decisive without letting the
external situations control them.
