"Paranoid Society"

The right to freedom of speech as one of the basic human rights is in  main international human rights documents. As the reach becomes greater so does the government's paranoia .
They have used section 66 (A) to turn online communication into a virtual minefeild. The government has chosen to stand by as a mute spectator.The users of social media have become cautious. It's not clear what is the purpose of section66 (A).
 It's like having a single provision covering murder, assualt and nuisance and prescribing the same penalty for all of them. Laws needs to be very clear about what they want.
As a country we look to imitate the west, and often copy it badly.
If someone out there speak his/her mind being a part of this country has a right to express.
The people who think that India is so fragile that it can collapse under the weight of  140 characters of a tweet are mistaken.
Speak out your mind so as not to be  called cowards by our coming generations and bring the change for  better India.

    Lost  tempers lead to hot words.Hot words lead to violence.Violence has a vareity of forms. Apart from flying at one another's throats, people tent to use whatever implements are handy as weapon of offence and defence.
Disputes arise because of misunderstanding.The more understanding a man, the easier it is for him to  keep his temper in check.In a dispute,both sides are right and partly wrong.A dispute arises becauses both parties think they are absolutely right and the other is absolutely wrong.If that was true, there could be no disputes unless one or both parties were mentally unsound.
     There is a tendency to use abusive words even when there is no provocation.In these days  of frequent power cuts , shortage of basic necessities and the problems commuting to work in big cities in overcrowded public transport vehicles, provocations are very great indeed. But by losing temper, we are merely in a little worse state than before. Lastly I would like to add ____A sense of humour helps to counteract irritants in daily life and believe me, a SMILE  helps a lot.

Safety is a priority
But danger is an outcome.
Why is it, that we work so very hard?
For something that will still happen.

   I have nothing except  for this feeling,

WE

Are we really satisfied with the way our country is being governed?
 Should it not bother us that at the age people generally take retirement and rest,
Why is it so that people below 50 years are considered as political ‘kids’?
The country desperately needs some young leaders who personify energy, enthusiasm, morality and diligence.
Nowadays we have only a handful of young leaders like Rahul Gandhi, Sachin Pilot, Varun Gandhi etc,
but they are in the political scenario because they belong to  political families.
 It is next to impossible to find a young leader with no political family background.

There can be two reasons for this for this :
              One may be that the youth today are not interested in actively participating in the political field.They are content with what they are doing but, this reason seems to hold no ground seeing the discontent shown by the youngsters towards cases like reservation, Jessica lal murder case etc. They are aware of the problems facing our country and the world at large.
            Second  reason may be that young people are not given opportunities to prove themselves saying  that they are not experienced to participate actively in the governance of the country. This reason seems to be more logical seeing the monopoly of old leaders.
Old people should realize that proper development can take place only when they make way for younger people to take control of the activities.
            I need  to clarify this : Youth in this context is meant to refer people in their 30’s or early 40’s with a good mix of energy and experience and this does not mean that the current politicans should leave and rest their guidance and treasures of invaluable experience are required.
  Now I hope to see new politicians coming up as we are the future!!

 But  consider WHY the person told you you can't.
Chances are that person does not follow their own dreams, is afraid
of judgment or failure, and has no inner strength, confidence or belief in himself.
It does not really matter. It's your life, your heart and your dreams that matter.
                 In todays world, you set the fashion & style. There is freedom
to express yourself beyond imagination. Feeling great and being
who you are is an external visual expression from within.
             If your choices in any way, shape or form cause deliberate hurt
to another, choose again or deal with the consequences and know
that you get back, sooner or later, EXACTLY what you put out!
Allow compassion, truthfulness and honor to guide you.
The person you are today, is not the person you were 10 years ago
or the person you will be 5 years from now.

A love so precious a love so true,
  a love that came from me to you.

   within your arms I had nothing to fear.

There is no reality, only perception. I've heard it said that if you want to change your life then you have to change the way you perceive life.
When a paradigm shift occurs our thinking is expanded and thoughts are included that we once believed were impossible or didn't exist.Hence,our horizons expands.
Human power lies in the capacity to choose.
Unfortunately,the cultures we grow up in, by and large, do not teach us---
how to make true life affirming choices. Instead we are taught not to "rock the boat" and to follow the status quo.
We are trained to follow the rules.
Everyday I see more and more people who are getting erased because they are  into the idea that other people, people in "authority" know better about how they should think and live. You see, when we fail to make life
affirming choices we actually give our power away to others!
Take back your power! Stop depending on someone else's
so-called intelligence and follow your own inner Wisdom!
Trust your own ability to navigate life.
Take back your power!!

I don't know how,I don't know why,
I don't know when or where,
But you put me on this bay
and  when I looked
At my  gloom today
nothing has changed and

What went wrong ,I'll be quite blunt to say:

Be The Change:

Crisis involves changes and alterations. So, a lead
needs to be the change at the workplace.People
 normally resist anything new. Hence, breaking through
their complacency, fears and self-righteousness would
 involve a lot of serious thinking and  careful strategies.
They should not sweep it under the carpet and this needs
a lot of  courage and would help in instilling confidence
in the  team to accept the invetable changes that are to
happen.
A good leader is one who helps build a long-term
culture of effective management by staying focused
 on the fundamentals.
They need to be  strong and  decisive without letting the
external situations control them.

You were the dimple in my cheek,

I know sometimes it’s hard to believe you actually can realize your aspirations when you may have tried for many years and nothing has worked out for you.
Let me ask you this question: Have you ever wondered why most people don’t achieve their goals?
I believe the reason is they give up too soon.
Most people quit after they’ve struck out or got knocked down a few times.

                   They simply don’t have the persistence to hang on when the going gets tough.
So they incorrectly think that if they can’t achieve their goals after several attempts,
then they’re a failure and never will be able to attain them for the rest of their lives.
The truth is, if they just hold on to their dreams and persist a little bit longer when the situation gets tough,
then they'll reach their dreams sooner or later.
In the history of humankind, the man or woman who has accomplished anything worthwhile,
 has had to try many times before achieving their dreams.
